5.     HSC / Equivalent / Diploma Mark Sheet
6.     Transfer Certificate
7.     Permanent Community Certificate Card for ST, SC, SCA, MBC&DNC, BC and BCM
8.     Nativity Certificate (if required).
9.     H. Sc. / Diploma Hall Ticket
10.   First Graduate Certificate and First Graduate Joint Declaration (if applicable)
11.   NATA Mark Sheet
12.   NATA Hall Ticket
